Unpinched Beta Programme Agreement

By participating in the Unpinched Beta Programme ("Programme"), you agree to the following terms:

1. Confidentiality

All aspects of the Unpinched platform accessed during the Programme are confidential. You agree not to:

  • Publicly discuss, review, critique, or comment on the platform, its features, or your experience during the beta period
  • Share screenshots, recordings, or any visual material from the platform on social media, YouTube, blogs, forums, or any other public channel
  • Disclose the existence of the beta programme or your participation in it to anyone outside of other confirmed beta participants

2. Beta Content

During the beta period:

  • Images you submit will have an extended 90-day review window
  • At the end of 90 days, you may choose to make your submissions permanent ("Go Live") or they will be automatically deleted
  • You may delete any submission at any time during the beta
  • Licences created during the beta are marked as "draft" and are not legally binding until you choose to convert them at the end of the beta period
  • You will receive complimentary tokens for testing purposes — these have no cash value

3. Feedback

We encourage you to share feedback directly with the Unpinched team through the channels provided. Your input is invaluable in shaping the platform.

4. No Warranty

The platform is provided "as is" during the beta period. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice. We make no guarantees about uptime, data persistence (beyond the commitments in Section 2), or feature availability.

5. Duration

This agreement remains in effect for the duration of your participation in the Programme. The confidentiality obligations in Section 1 continue for 12 months after the Programme ends.

6. Termination

Unpinched reserves the right to remove any participant from the Programme at any time. Upon removal or programme end, any beta content not explicitly converted to permanent status will be deleted.

By checking the agreement box during registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
